Shipping costs and delivery times for digital products
There are no shipping costs when purchasing digital products and there are neither delivery times nor delivery restrictions.
Markt+Technik Verlag GmbH offers digital products. These are products that are produced and distributed digitally. They are usually available for download immediately after purchase.
Digital products are delivered as a download link via email to the email address specified when ordering. If the customer has previously created a customer account, the digital products will also be stored in the customer account.
Shipping costs for physical products
For physical items that you buy online from Markt+Technik, we charge shipping costs of EUR 4.00.
Austria, Switzerland, Luxembourg, France, Netherlands:
We charge shipping costs of EUR 10.00 for all deliveries regardless of the order value
For all deliveries, regardless of the order value, we charge shipping costs of EUR 30.00
Delivery time for physical products
If the item is available, the delivery time for delivery within Germany is 1 to 4 working days. For items that cannot be delivered immediately, the delivery time is 1 to 4 working days from readiness for dispatch.
Delivery outside Germany varies depending on the delivery country.
Delivery within Germany is carried out via DHL Germany.
